How it works

  1. Step 1

    Register once

Fill in the form with your details as they appear on your student ID. Your account works for every future election, so you only do this once.

  2. Step 2

    Confirm your email

We email a link to your @students.must.ac.ke address. Open it to activate your account. Not there after a few minutes? Check your spam folder.

  3. Step 3

    Sign in when voting opens

Use your registration number (like CT201/0001/23) and your password.

  4. Step 4

Choose, one position at a time

Tap the candidate you want. Tap the page icon beside a name to read their manifesto. Not sure about a position? You can skip it.

  5. Step 5

    Check your ballot, then submit

You'll see every choice on one screen. Tap "Change" to fix anything. When you tap "Submit ballot", your vote is final.

  6. Step 6

    Sign out

Especially on a shared phone or computer. That's it: thank you for voting!

Good to know

Verified members in years 1 to 4. Graduates can vote only if the electoral committee allows it for this election.

On the sign-in page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email. We'll send a link that works for 30 minutes.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it still isn't there, contact support below and we'll resend it.

No. Before you submit, you can change anything on the "Check your ballot" screen. After submitting, your ballot is final.

That's fine. Your choices for the other positions still count; the skipped position simply gets no vote from you.

Committee members see totals and whether you have voted, never who you chose. See the data privacy notice for details. Read the privacy notice.
